Research conducted in Maasai communities in Northern Tanzania about women's education, specifically language education trends.

My undergraduate thesis in archaeology. In this paper, I focus on community archaeology and implementation of trilingual signage in archaeological sites including indigenous languages.
I was challenged to think about my own personal leadership philosophy. I was inspired by many authors and scholars who wrote about servant leadership. This paper showcases my own synthesis on these ideas.
Think about the frameworks in which our schools operate. Could they be improved or added upon? Of course! This brief framework is a working model I am creating to achieve a comprehensive system to improve our schools.
How does a school feel? Does the feeling and climate contribute to student achievement and results? The theory behind climate and how it can be applied in school settings.
How can we empower and inspire our next generation of leaders? Powerful mentorship can make good teachers into excellent educators who are given the tools they need to succeed.
How do we continue to push and motivate our teachers? Are common rewards like jeans, money and food true motivation factors? What can we do to to gain skills in motivation? Motivation skills help to achieve and maintain excellence.
In a globalized world, our schools and community are diverse and we need to ensure our cultural proficiency is placed as a high priority. Cultural Proficiency can help communication and bonding within the school community.
Influence when used constructively can help to form our classrooms, schools and world.
